Biography
Evelyn Sanchez joined Monteiro & Fishman, LLP as a paralegal – focused exclusively on the Firm’s immigration clients. Along with the attorneys, Ms. Sanchez works closely and personally with each client to identify his or her specific needs and concerns and ensures the clients understand every step of the immigration process.
Prior to starting Monteiro & Fishman LLP, Ms. Sanchez obtained considerable experience in immigration law, having interpreted consultations as well as translated documents, and prepared immigration and family court based applications. Ms. Sanchez has also interned at the Center for Transformative Action in Ithaca, New York while attending Cornell University.
Education
Ms. Sanchez was the salutatorian of her High School. She is a Cornell University graduate, with a B.S. in Development Sociology from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences with minors in Inequality Studies and Law and Society.
