Biography

Kate Mohedano has been with Monteiro & Fishman LLP since 2024 as a legal assistant. Ms. Mohedano assists the attorneys with a wide range of complex cases, including immigration, employment and various other areas of law. Her passion for Employment Law stems from her extensive hospitality experience. Immigration law intersects with employment law; both representing members of the community who are systemically underrepresented.

Ms. Mohedano is fluent in English and Spanish.
